KEY | Executive and Functional Heads
KEY Executive members in my group report to the Chief Executive Officers and are critical Executive Leadership Team members.
We are intentionally growing their leadership competencies, better engaging with leadership collectives and supporting their organization's strategic growth and succession planning.
TA | Trusted Service Providers
TA Members in my group are established experts in their fields, including accounting, law, finance, human resources, insurance, operations, sales, wealth management and more.
In addition to continuing to grow their businesses and as leaders, they serve on tiger teams for Vistage members as well as external corporate clients.

These Peer Advisory Forums are facilitated groups of the internal executives (the CEO and direct reports to the CEO) that challenge the status quo, unleash creativity, foster collaboration and improve communication.
We find that when the executive leadership gets Collective Leadership right, the company and its people grow faster, stronger and more sustainably.
